Wow...I have not touched this thing in a loooooooong time. It's one of those accounts that I completely forget I have for months on end, then I randomly end up coming back from something else and think "Oh yeah..." I do have more photos that I should upload and maybe I should actually get into doing some art. >.> Nothing drawn, as I couldn't draw to save my life, but maybe some Photoshop compositions. I have ideas, just never enough time it seems. Writing comes so much easier to me than visual pieces so I do have a collection of those that, yes, I should also post. Maybe this will be a reminder to myself to do that one day. *pokes future se

I remember

I remember a time and a place not of this world. I remember the muffled sounds of people in a distant town echoing down a mist-filled valley. I remember treed hillsides and meadows for as far as the eye could see. I remember always hearing someone playing a flute somewhere within that valley but I never sought them out. Instead I just silently swayed with the beautifully haunting melody. I remember a very good friend that I had. He never spoke a word to me but I always knew what he was saying. I remember holding his gigantic head in my hands, a head full of razor-sharp teeth that could tear off one of my limbs before I even knew it was gone.
